The Overview

Reclaimed steel, rebuilt for stillness.

Each cabin began life as a shipping container. Today it opens — through full-height glazed doors — onto its own deck, hot tub and an uninterrupted run of Galloway sky. The industrial shell all but disappears beneath warm plaster, oak, brass and linen.

There is a separate bedroom to retreat to, an open-plan living space built around a wood-burning stove, and a proper kitchen for slow mornings and long dinners. Room enough for two couples or a small family — private enough that you’ll forget anyone else is there.

Inside the cabin

The Bedroom

A super-king bed dressed in linen, deep navy panelling, brass reading sconces and blackout blinds for the lightest of summer mornings.

The Kitchen

A full kitchen with oven, induction hob, full-size fridge and dishwasher — plus a dining table that seats four beneath a hanging pendant.

The Living Space

Open-plan and low-lit, built around a wood-burning stove, with a deep sofa that folds out to sleep a further two.

Outside

A private hot tub beneath a louvred pergola, a fire pit, loungers and a deck that faces nothing but fields and sky.

Good to Know

Everything
you asked.

How big are the cabins? +
Each cabin offers around 40 square metres of interior space plus a private deck — a separate double bedroom, an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower.
What’s the difference between a cabin and a pod? +
The cabins are larger than the timber pods, built from reclaimed steel containers, with a separate bedroom, a full kitchen and space to sleep two to four. The pods are compact curved-timber structures for two. Both have their own private hot tub.
Is the hot tub private to my cabin? +
Yes. Every cabin has its own private hot tub set beneath a louvred pergola on the deck, positioned for uninterrupted views and never shared with other guests.
Can I bring my dog? +
Selected cabins are dog-friendly — up to two dogs per stay, with farm and forest walks straight from the deck. Please request a dog-friendly cabin when booking, as numbers are limited.
Are the cabins suitable for families? +
Yes. With a separate bedroom plus a sofa bed, a full kitchen and an enclosed deck, the cabins suit small families as well as couples. Hot tub use by children should always be supervised.
What’s the minimum stay and price? +
Cabins start from £165 per night with a two-night minimum, rising to three nights over bank holidays and peak dates. Exact pricing shows live when you check availability.
Will I be warm in winter? +
Very. The cabins have underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove, powered by an air-source heat pump with solar and battery storage. They’re fully insulated and built for year-round comfort, deep winter included.
Is there parking at the cabin? +
Yes — private parking for one car sits beside each cabin, with electric-vehicle charging available on the estate on request.
